    Hey @lolitomon ,

This is Pit, stepping in for Steve.

Thank you very much for sharing these screenshots with us. They’re very helpful to better understanding what the issue here might be.

As a next step, would it be possible to let me know what currency you’re currently using to sell your products in your WooCommerce Store? You can find that by navigating at WooCommerce > Settings > General and it’ll be under the “Currency options” section.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Pit

    Hello, i’m using (Kzt).

    Hey @lolitomon ,

Thank you very much for letting me know. It seems that the currency you’re currently using isn’t supported by the Facebook Marketing API as you can see here.

That means that the connection may not be established while using that currency, however, you should be able to proceed by temporarily changing the currency of your products to a different one like US dollars or Euros. Then, after reconnecting, you can change back to your original currency proceed.

Is this something that would interest you checking on your end?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Pit
