2.0.32 woocommerce add to shopping cart quantity abnormal

Could you please explain little bit more about cart quantity abnormal?

When I click once to add to the shopping cart on the product page, 2-3 quantities will appear in the shopping cart at a time.
I tested two shopping websites and this happened as long as Breeze2.0.32 was used.

When I go back to Breeze2.0.31 or disable it there is no problem

The option Preload Links under Preload option is enabled. While you hover on Cart of any product it will cache.

But the Breeze2.0.31 or earlier Preload Links?under Preload option is enabled too and ?is no problem

If 2.0.32 versions Preload Links will cause ?click once to add to the shopping cart on the product page, 2-3 quantities will appear in the shopping cart at a time.

Then this function cannot be used on shopping websites, because customers must re-modify the shopping cart to the correct quantity every time.
