Updated live website to latest WordPress and WP Responsive Menu.

Now when small screen (mobile) display only has a top white bar. See …
    https://www.hc-consultancy.co.uk.

Actions: stepped through updates on backup site which clearly show problem occurs when WP Responsive Menu updated (at least problem only occurs after all other plugins updated and then WP Responsive Menu updated). Test site 2.0.7 to 3.0.3. See …
    https://www.merlin-test.co.uk/belvoir4.

Changed WP Responsive Menu settings. I changed ‘Appearance->Menu Icon Position’ to ‘Custom’ from ‘Default’ and menu icon appears and works in as much as menu items appear (also ‘corrected’ colours).

But there is no icon (same H&C as in large display) appearing and apparently no ‘masthead (?)’ so menu opens at same level as menu icon so text of first item is obscured.

I am using Sydney theme (child defined). Error appears with version 1.41 and 1.42.

    Any advice welcomed.
