The new update seems to have integrated FB’s Orders API, allowing for orders to be sent from FB to WC.

However, we are seeing issues on sites that do not use this feature.

For example, when making a refund, we seem to be getting this error:
“Remote ID for parent order not found.”

This seems to be an issue when the “_wc_facebook_commerce_remote_id” meta key doesn’t exist on the order.

@christineskyverge yes, I’ve updated and haven’t had the issue again but it’s still not showing the refund(s) that have been sent in my orders from when this glitch happened. Will this be fixed?

    Hi @staceycampbell

Are the orders not showing up with the status ‘refunded’ in your WooCommerce orders admin or your gateway processor?

    Thanks!

@christineskyverge In the WooCommerce Order Admin. I manually adjusted them, I assumed there was no other way to update this since it was already refunded.

@staceycampbell manually adjusting them was the right move here as the fix didn’t change the status of already refunded orders. I’m sorry that you had to manually adjust them! Moving forward, there shouldn’t be any more issues with the plugin interfering with refunds.

Is there anything else I could help with?
