Everything was working great with the plugin until this last update. Nothing else has changed. I even went back and checked the staging site for this website since the plugin was working there still, and as a test I performed the plugin update there and the same thing happened, the feed stopped displaying.

Now all that shows is the actual shortcode. Please help or can we please have a link to downgrade back to the working version – thank you.

    Hey @mike8712,

Sorry to hear about the issue here. Are you using a PHP version which is lower than PHP 5.6?

If so, that would explain the problem as we raised the minimum PHP version to 5.6 in this update, but you should see a notice with directions on how to revert back to the previous version in your admin.

If that’s not the issue then could you open a support ticket on our website and include your “System Info” from the plugin (which can be found in the plugin at Facebook Feed > Support > System Info) then we can take a closer look at the problem. Just select the free version in the “Plugin version” dropdown.

You can also manually download the previous version here if you’d like to revert back.

Many thanks, and I apologize for any inconvenience!

PHP 7.3.26 – as mentioned, it worked fine before the 2.18 update and that broke it. I will open a ticket and manually downgrade until the issue is resolved.

Confirming after the manual downgrade that the issue is resolved. Please advise when the 2.18 upgrade is fixed – thanks.

@mike8712 – not sure if you received the last email we sent you, but updating the plugin to the latest version again now should fix this issue. If it doesn’t, then please let me know.

    Many thanks!

    Hi there,

I have the same problem. Updating to the newest 2.18.2 version does not work.
    Version 2.17.1 works fine.
