Is anyone else running into compatibility issues with version 2.19 and Gravity Forms? After upgrading whenever I try and access any Gravity Forms backend screens the gform-settings-header blue background takes over the content area until I scroll down and back up.

I had been working with GF support and they suggested going through each plugin and eventually I found the issue was with PublishPress Capabilities. Enabling ‘No Conflict Mode’ in Gravity Forms didn’t solve the issue.

I played around with 2.19 settings but didn’t see an obvious thing to toggle to fix this behavior so I’m not sure if this is just an ‘us’ problem or something with the update itself? Rolling back to 2.18.2 fixed the issue as workaround.

Hi @jmchughnls can you share any specifics on this, please? What does “back-end conflicts” mean?

@stevejburge This is what I see whenever I try and access Gravity Forms with 2.19: their CSS class .gform-settings-header obscures the page and doesn’t disappear unless I scroll down and back up. Per Gravity Forms support when I asked them about it: ‘This can happen if the theme or another plugin includes conflicting styles on the?Gravity?Forms admin pages.’

Downgrading back to the previous version of PublishPress Capabilities prevents this issue so I’m guessing it’s something that was introduced with 2.19.

@stevejburge Disabling Admin Notices seemed to work for us too. Thanks!

@stevejburge I manually upgraded and Gravity Forms seemed fine. I saw Admin Notices was toggled off, not sure if that’s the default now or if it remembered from previous release. I turned it back on and logged in incognito. So far Gravity Forms still seems fine so I’m not sure if you guys did something else to address it?

The new version is working fine for me as well, even with Admin Notices turned on.

Great, thanks for letting us know, @kwangric

We don’t do official releases on Fridays, but we’ll have this released for everyone next week.
