I had also issues with bad forms and the UM 2.2.0
but switching from PHP 8.0.8 back to PHP 7.3 solved my issues.

Yes I have got 5 MByte of PHP errors

I will go back to PHP 8.0.8 and make some detailed tests
with my UM forms into clean error logs

When displaying one of my 3 Profile forms:

Undefined array key 1 in …./wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/core/class-fields.php on line 4410

and resulting in the message:
“Your profile is looking a little empty. Why not add some information!”

This “Undefined array key 1” is very common in /class-fields.php

Lines are: 3928, 4403, 4410, 3921

This one I have about 20 entries from earlier today but don’t know which UM function:

A non-numeric value encountered in …./wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/core/class-date-time.php on line 51

EDIT:
This last error “line 51” is from listing Members

There is a fix for the forms

Please drag&drop some custom fields in the registration form. And after that please click “Update”.

I restored an earlier version of my site and it is working again.

I tried use the beta zip file above and that fixed the issues

But now the information dont show up on the profile page .. it shows the social icons but no info
