I don’t get any connection error, but it doesn’t write in the Sheets. This update does not work.

You can grab the old version from here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/cf-google-sheets/advanced/

But please note that due to the changes in Google APIs it’ll stop working within next few months.

All sales depend on this plugin, and it doesn’t work now

In my other web pages, the update plugin doesn’t work either

I can send you a private plugin version that will add a few debug prints to try to pinpoint the problem.
Hopefully will find some time next week for it. In the meantime, please grab complete WordPress log and plugin’s debug log, indicate the exact time when you tried to “connect” plugin to Sheets and when you tested the form submission, upload them to some cloud service and share the link with me.

OK – I made some small fixes in the plugin code and made some important changes in the documentation:

    • added simplified method for generating OAuth2 credentials
    • added screencasts for the rest of installation / configuration procedures

    Please do the following:

    • uninstall current plugin version
    • install it again from WordPress plugins repository
    • generate new OAuth2 credentials
    • authenticate plugin using the new credentials
    • configure your form and test the submission

If you still have problems, please attach main WordPress log file and plugin Debug Log to the report.

Alex. Thanks for staying on top of this. I’m certain that it must have sucked a lot of time finding what should have been direct fixes.

On behalf of many who use your wonderful connecting tool, I hope your other projects are fruitful and interesting.

    Keep doing well.
