2..6.7 updates: profile photo not showing up.

    I have the settings set to allow profile photo upload in the directory and profile form. The circle is there, the uploader works fine, saves…but the image itself never appears, nor does the default profile image.

    However, in the welcome new users plugin, the default does show up.

    Am I missing something?
