Password input fields and submit button for standard wordpress password protection no longer appears in the html at all when using version 2.8. Reverting back to 2.7 fixes the issue.

I just recently started working on this site so I do not fully know what they’re using this plugin for, so if there’s a setting to adjust to fix this, let me know.

In order to help, I need to be able to repeat the issue on *default* WordPress. If you can provide steps to do so, I will investigate asap, thanks.

Create a post. Set it’s visibility to Password protected. View the post.

This is a site hosted with wordpress.com if that makes any difference.

I also just tried it on a test self-hosted wordpress site and was able to duplicate the issue.

Just to follow up with this, the reported issue is resolved in the next version of Prismatic (v2.9). Should be available before WP 5.8 drops. Thanks for reporting, @endymion00.
