Hello everyone,
My buddy recently opened a wordpress account for me and he bought the platinum package $99 a year. I didn’t like the site name he used and I wanted to start over so I decided to start my own site and purchase a new platinum plan $99 a year.

PROBLEMS:

1) The problem is this, it seems like the system doesn’t know I have the platinum plan because I can’t add analytics under that analytics tab how do I fix that?
2) I want to delete the first site he made and cancel his member ship how do I do that?
3) I want to be the administrative of the account how can I change that?
4) I am trying to add in “Plug Ins” to my website… but I don’t even have a website tab under the “Website Adminstration” tab how do I fix that?

Sucks they have no phone number I can call to fix everything… All in all I want the system to know I have a the platinum $99 a year service… I want to have one site not two I tried deleting the first site but it says I am not aloud for some reason and then I want to be able to add plug ins.

Please help me out.
