2-columned wordpress supporting 2 bloggers

Two columns both being content areas, or one column is just a really wide sidebar?

well – I suppose it’s 3 columned. Two main content columns. One small sidebar on the very right.

I’m not entirely sure of how you would code this, but what you need is to filter the content. You could try creating tags for each of you and tell it to display tag A in left and tag B in right. I’m not super skilled in php, but that sounds right. Here’s some tutorials for different ways to split content, maybe there will be something you can use there.
