    Hi, I just wanted to know if this plugin can have 2 different customers on to 1 ticket?

    At the moment, our system does not allow for multiple customers to be associated with a single ticket. However, if you wish to include additional individuals or email addresses to receive the ticket replies, you can add as many email addresses as you like in the CC field when replying.
