2 different navigation bars

    I have been searching the answer out for such a long time with no success.

    I’m working on a blog using elegant theme SimplePress

    The home page I’m using like a cover and in my navigation bar I only want the pages;

    HOME ABOUT BLOG

    Then when someone clicks on ABOUT…..they will go to a full page and the navigation will still show pages;

    HOME ABOUT BLOG

    Then when someone clicks on BLOG….It will change to show other pages;

    HOME BLOG EXAMPLE1 EXAMPLE2 EXAMPLE3 EXAMPLE4

    The best solution would be a plugin…but I haven’t been able to come accross one.

    I am good with wordpress but not skilled with any code.

    Would anyone be able to help?
