    so this is strange. Twice last week this happened – 2 donations came in with the same ID, confirmation emails sent out to both, both donations showed up in authorize.net as processed but only one of them shows up in the give wp dashboard. there is no record of the other donation. This happened two different times within a 24 hr period. is this a caching issue? has anyone seen this before?

    Hi Ben,

    Happy to help.

    I have only seen this issue once. The user used the same Stripe account on different sites with GiveWP installed and on a rare coincidence, the donation ID’s happened to match.

    Do you have GiveWP installed on a different site? Even if it’s a staging site.
    Are the payments for the same amount and customer? If not, the confirmation emails will tell you which donor the email was sent to and you can look up the donor’s donation history for the missing donaiton.
