2 emails sent to customer

  • Dear Pinal,
    first of all a heartfelt thank you for this great plugin!

    I wanted to ask you if it is possible not to send 2 email confirmations to the client? Now WooCommerce automatically sends “Quotation Request” and “Order Confirmation”.

    Hi Sophia,

    I’m able to replicate the bug you are talking about. This is not the default behavior of the Quotes plugin.

    This might mostly be happening due to a conflict with another plugin on the site.

    If you wish to stop the ‘Quotation Request’ email from being sent, can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and turn off the New Quote Request Sent email.
