2 errors when trying to update a theme

  • Plugin installed fine, trying to upgrade Covert Store Builder theme from 1.6 to 1.7

    I go to the themes tab then add new, then select the zip and select YES on the question about upgrading from existing theme. When I click next I get this error:

    Unable to initialize WP_Filesystem. Will not proceed with the upgrade.

    At this page I have to enter my FTPS login info, so I do and click Proceed.

    Then it shows this error while acting like its upgrading:
    You must select “Yes” from the “Upgrade existing theme?” dropdown option in order to upgrade an existing theme. Try again.

    Then it says this:
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /public_html/wp-content/themes/covertstorebuilder/

    Theme install failed.
