2 factor authentication

    Hello. I need help. I activated 2 factor authentication on my website. Now I am locked out. All I get is “Additional verification is required for login. Please check the email address associated with the account for a verification link.”

    there is no verification link in my email account.

  • Hey @sydchako,

    The quickest way back into the site is to rename the Wordfence plugin directory to something like wordfence.bak via sFTP or your hosting control panel.

    Just to be certain, have you checked your spam for the email?

    Once you’re back in can you please try resetting up 2FA and let me know how it goes?
