    Hello!

    I have set 2FA and it working great, both option, mobile app and email. However, after I modified the login URL (which is working ok as well), I can only use mobile app authentication code option. If I try to use the email back-up method, I don′t recieve the email as before. I have checked spam, trash and so on to make sure email didn′t reach my inbox.

    Any suggestions? Is there a setting am I missing?

    Hi @scalabria, great to see you!

    Can you please confirm if reverting the login URL to its defaults would help you receive the 2FA code email notification? If not, there could be an issue with the sending of emails on your site.?

    Solid Security will only generate the plugin emails but the delivery is handled by the server. I’d suggest checking out our guide here to help troubleshoot email delivery issues.

    Let us know what you can find.

    Yes, that is correct. I have now activated “Skip Two-Factor Onboarding” for two of our team members and the email back-up method worked. Not sure whats going on, however I will go through the info you sent.

    Hi @shanedelierrr!

    2FA is working ok, the email back-up method work but it sends the code directly to my spam folder, no matter what I do. Thank you for your assistance. I will mark as resolved for now and if I manage to sort that out and make that code sent directly to my inbox, I′ll post the solution here.
