2 factor authentication not working! bug!

    I am the admin of my site and when I login with my password it does not work.
    I changed my password and did that multiple times but does not work.

    Wordfence is blocking me right away as the 2 step authentication factor is supposed to be on but it is not.

    When I login via cpanel, I go to settings for the 2 step authentication and it always shows me, the admin, as “inactive” for the 2A setting. There is just no way to activate it no matter how many times I try with the Google auth. app. It just does not activate.

    I think it is stuck and that is hte reason I cannot even login with my standard password.

    Can you please fix this? I have been a wordfence customer since day 1.

    Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
