    Hi!

I’m using your plugin for a long time.

In the meantime the logfile grew up to a File with 2 Gigabyte!!!! Is there e chance, to reduce this or to kill some data? We only need the tool to show some facts in the frontend → https://www.fireworld.at/statistik/

The other thing (not so important): We use PHO 7.4.12 → we can’t update the plugin. If we do this, the server is still crashing (timeouts). Is there a chance, to fix this?

    Thanx and regards
    Hermann

    Hi,

Thank you for opening the thread!

    1. If you’re talking about the wp-content/uploads/wp-statistics/debug.log file, first make a backup of the file and then feel free to delete it on your server.

    2. The plugin is compatible with PHPv8 as mentioned in the readme and changelog. to make sure, you can disable the plugin while upgrading your PHP version.
