Issue 1: When previewing an Invoice (not the PDF invoice) the address, city, and zip code are displayed … but not the state.

    (Real addresses blacked out)

Issue 2: The location the PDF Invoice places the “To:” and “From:” is all wonky. On the non-PDF invoice pictured above in Issue #1 it could be moved to the left as well but it’s not as bad as the PDF invoice because it’s not completely against the right side of the invoice.

The “To:” designation in both viewing options are placed correctly … the “From:” … not so much.

It’s a small issue but makes these Invoice look a little amateurish.

(Real addresses blacked out in the image)

    Can this be fixed?

I forgot to specify the State is showing correctly in the PDF invoice … just not in the regular invoice preview.

    Hi @midipedalboards,

Thank you for your reports; I have added your bug report to our internal issue tracker.

We are planning on tackling existing invoice/quote issues as a part of a larger project, so it’s likely that we won’t push quick fixes for these, and instead handle them all at once down the road. I’m sorry that we currently don’t have an ETA on when it may be addressed.

In the meantime, for the PDF invoice, you may consider creating your own template via our templating feature: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/templating-how-to-change-templates-pdfs-portal-emails/

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

    I believe that:

“Issue 1: When previewing an Invoice (not the PDF invoice) the address, city, and zip code are displayed … but not the state.”

is directly related to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/customize-my-account-for-woocommerce-incompatible/ that I just posted about a few minutes ago as the “State” is now showing after deactivation of the Customize My Account for WooCommerce plugin.

Issue #2 is still valid though.

I see that my colleague Alba has already replied to your message there.

We have a bug report for this issue already, but to stay on the safest side and ensure the issue isn’t related to any CRM core bug, you can try temporarily deactivating the Customize My Account for WooCommerce?plugin, and see if the problem persists.

If that’s so, then this is something we can address, otherwise you should contact the third-party plugin support, as Alba mentioned.

Let me know what you find out!

1 step ahead if you! Once I isolated it to that plugin I did just that. Deactivated it and all is normal. I posted as an FYI and marked the other thread as “Not a support question”.

I’ll give them a chance to look into it, but between their plugin and JetPack CRM … I’ll keep the CRM as it’s a tool I need where there’s is only a luxury. ??.

So to be clear … deactivate it and JetPack CRM works as expected on the invoice links issue.

    Hey @midipedalboards,

That is great news – at least for us ??

Thanks for taking care of the other forum thread too.

We still have issue #2 to get solved, but if that’s okay, I’ll mark this thread as solved. We’ll circle back to you once we have news about issue #2.

Thank you. I hope I’m not wearing out my welcome. I just really want this to workout.

    Cheers!

    Hi @midipedalboards ,

I hope I’m not wearing out my welcome.

Not at all! Your posts have resulted in bug reports, updated documentation – we NEED users like you who bang on the pipes and take the ole buggy out for a test drive. Really, those are valuable things, and we appreciate your taking the time to let us know about them.

Never hesitate to open a new thread or poke around in an old one – we’ll leave the light on for you! ??

    Best,

    Cena
