2 invoices

Dear friends,
Sometimes your plugin generates 2 invoices for the same purchase, with 2 numbers (i.e. Invoice-01 and Invoice-02). I am not sure when, but I think it could be with Paypal transactions. Perhaps Paypal makes double check and your plugin understand that are 2 different request?
What can I do?
