2 issues: Unable to access wp-admin and err_ssl_protocol_error

1. Unable to access wp-admin:

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

2. SSL:

First, have your host install an SSL certificate. If SSL certificate is already installed, then set WordPress up to run under HTTPS following these steps:

I’m checking the info!! I have a full time job and I’m not an expert in webs, so it will take me more time. So far I renamed the Theme, but it didn’t work

I found this in the wp-loging.php and not sure if it is related to the issue
