2 Issues with this plugin

  • Hello, have to issues with this plugin

    1) Can not import aliexpress reviews, when press import says – Failed. See Attachment Screenshot

    2) Review Images not showing randomly in Masonry Style, only see when open review. On mobile is ok.

    Hi,

    1. The item ID is invalid, please provide us this aliexpress product URL on your topic on the premium forum, we will try to import its reviews.
    2. You are using the premium version, please make sure you are using the latest version 1.1.5.2 of the plugin, and if the problem still persists, please contact us on our premium forum, we will check it.

    1) Thank you for your quick response. Yes, really, id is a bit incorrect ( needed to delete last digit), system automatically inserted this id. Why does it inserts wrong id ? Resolved.

    2) About second issue please see attachment to better understand what i meant :

    Masonry

    Normal

    As you can see masonry style does not show images for some reviews.

    3) I really don`t like this pagination buttons bottom. They look complicated
    pagination butons

    This one looks more simple “load more reviews”
    load more button

    Is it possible to change like this ?

    The 3rd question, this option named “Enable load-more button” is available in the premium version, in the Reviews tab, you can see this documentation.

    Thank you, update to latest version solved missing images.

    1) Now I want to align reviews preview tabs nicely the same size. Is there any solution ?
