2 main problem with user creation

  • 1. the welcome email from wordpress is not sent anymore ? why and how can we fix it ?! I tried to notification plugin, but no way, seems that your plugin is taking over the worpdress normal behaviour and prevent email to be sent ti new subscriber !

    2. If I create a form without username, I have username generated with 1 2 3 etc. how can we force the username with firstname-lastname ?

    Hello

    1. You can send an email with the pro version or use the acf_frontend/save_post hook to create a welcome email.

    2. Add a username field, set display mode to hidden and give it the following default value:
    [user:first_name] [user:last_name]

    this is not working. the user created is with empty username and is not redirected to its customer page as username is empty.
    please note I’m with builtin form with elementor-

    and remind that’s a form for user creation. how can be populated the unsername from first and last name if user does not exist yet ?

    any solution for this problem ? user cannot be created with username 1 2 3 4… this is not user friendly at all
