Can you please share the link to your website so that I can check and let you know what to put on the admin configuration of the plugin.

Hi Nirmai, thanks for the reply!!

    This is the link: https://chocolateq.com/siteteste/universo-q/

If I resize the browser or open it on any mobile both menu are appearing (the Primary navigation and this plugin menu)

Please, try resizing your browser to 850px (width), so you′ll be able to see the issue.

    Hope you can help me,

    Thanks,

    Manoel

    Hi Manoel,

You need to put #menu on the plugin admin config where it says hide elements on mobile.

Let me know if you need to know anything else.

    Thanks

    Hi Nirmal,

Now I have another issue. I′m also using SupersizedPLugin and after activating your plugin, the arrows from the Supersized were sent to the top of the page.

Do you happen to know if there′s any class that could interfere on it?

This doesn’t work for me :′(
I have added #main-menu in the plugin admin config where it says hide elements on mobile. But still i see two menu’s

    My site is https://norisol.com

    Hi Nimal,

I’ve got the same problem, not able to hide my first menu.
What do I have to write in Elements to hide in mobile:
    I tried several one;
    #main-menu
#menu1 menu1 is the real name of my first menu

    Hi rikkelovring,

For each site the value is different based on the theme, But I guess you already got it and set it up correctly.

Put #navigation on the admin settings for hide elements on mobile.

Now it’s OK. Thank you so much!

I’m having a similar problem for my website https://www.healthynatalie.com — I’m able to get the plugin to work but the other menu will not hide. I’m using Vantage basic and can’t seem to find the plugin admin place to try the above suggestions for putting in #menu or #navigation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
