2 Plugins incompatible with Vendor dashboard.

The Dokan Vendor Dashboard plugin is built using ReactJS and TypeScript. So, as the plugin author mentioned in another topic query monitor functionality may not perform accurately in the vendor dashboard plugin environment issue.

It is quite tough for us to identify the issue without checking the reference. Thank you for sharing the HTML file to showcase all the issues. However, it is not recommended to download and install anything from a public forum except the link provided in the plugin or theme repository to respect the security concern. We also want to request you to perform this. If you want to provide a visual idea of those issues then you can share a few screenshots to demonstrate. We will try to assist you with this after checking those screenshots.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our concerned. I am trying to reply to all your issue one by one. Please check them below.

1. Alignment issue in the tab and unavailability of vendor complete information

The concerned developer has already been informed about the alignment issue. I believe you will a get fix to this by the next release. Regarding the vendor profile progress bar, the vendor needs to add at least the minimum amount of information like Store Name or Store address to get the vendor profile progress bar.

2. Color UI isn’t responding properly also selected element name is unavailable in the settings tab

The concerned developer has already been informed about this issue as well. They already working to resolve this issue. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved by the upcoming release.

3. Logo missing area

Please make sure you already set the icon of your site. The logo will be applied after setting up the icon.

4. Change the colors in the settings

I am unable to understand which settings you mentioned. Would you mind navigating us to that specific settings?

Thanks for the reply and will eagerly wait for these updates to be implemented in upcoming version. I need this plugin to provide best UX for my vendors.

Also as of now there is a new issue with this plugin, i have already created a ticket in wedevs support ticket #837108. As Edit option is not working from vendor dashboard when this plugin is activated even though I have turned off full page UI from dokan setting. But when vendor dashboard plugin deactivated edit option works fine..

4. Regarding color settings iam changing the colors from dokan admin dashboard>>Settings>>Colors>>Pre-defined Color Palette, However its not reflecting in vendor dashboard. Hope this information helps.

Thank you for sharing that you already contact the official support to get a solution to the mentioned issue. I believe that the concerned team member from the plugin author team will surely assist you regarding the mentioned issue. It is suggested to continue the conversation through the ticket to get support in resolving all the mentioned issues.

Currently, any support for the Color settings was unavailable in the Dokan Vendor Dashboard plugin. So, you will be unable to apply any preferred color using the color settings.
