    I noticed two issues:

    If I delete results that had a certificate, the certificate remains on the server. If you can make it be deleted when results are deleted, I think this would be better.

    If I use quick quiz, it doesn’t use the default options I have configured. It would be nice if quick quiz uses the defaults.
