2 Problems with Theme

    I’ve installed Hueman and here 2 problems with the theme:

    1. Most Recent Articles Not In Center Section – The most recent articles I’ve posted do not show up in the center with the little pic and summary – instead I have articles from a long time ago. How do I make the most recent articles show up?

    2. No big pic in the center – There’s no main article with the big pic like in the demo. How do I make this?

  • 1. Any plugins installed that does that? The index page will always show the most recent posts. Make sure the most recent posts are not included in the slider and excluded from the content below in Theme Options > Blog > Featured…

    2. Theme Options > Blog > Featured Post Count

    I don’t think I have any plugins that conflict with the blog theme.

    I had a recent posts widget on one of the sliders. I took that off, and the problem still remained.

    Then I went into Theme Options > Blog > Featured Posts. I checked the box and now I get my latest articles up in the index page.

    Then I went to Theme Options > Blog > Featured Post Count and set that to “1”. Now the pic comes up! But, it’s just way too big. Any way to make that smaller?

    In Theme Options > Styling, change Website Max-width perhaps to a little less, and it will result in a smaller image. Or, Regenerate Thumbnails if you haven’t already done that.

    Use thumbnail regenerator if you have migrated from one theme to the other. If this doesn’t work, contact the theme developer or provider to fix this problem.

    Yes the thumbnail regenerator seems to have fixed this. Thanks! And thanks for helping resolve the other problems, too!
