2 questions – re slider and sidebars

  • 1) Can I remove the built-in slider?
    2) I have sidebars w/widgets for each page. But nothing shows up. how do I get the sidebars active?

    OK, a third question. Can I adjust the height of the header area? My header image is smaller than the area, leaving a lot of white space above.

    Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
