2 redirect Regex

As ChatGPT is saying shit, I need your real help guys ??

I would to change my post URLs in WP from :

https://nomdedomaine.fr/actualites/%postname%/ to https://nomdedomaine.fr/blog-sante/%category%/%postname%/

As you can see, there are 2 changes : first “actualites” becomes “blog-sante”, I’ve managed to write this with your documentation ?? but I don’t know how to add the post category which is dynamic…
