I use this:

height: 100%;

border-right-width: 0px;
border-bottom-width: 0px;

But this than has nothing to do with the plugin. you can hide the overflow to prevent the scrollbars.

If I set overflow hidden, it hide correct scrollbar and remain the second in the right.

I still don’t know which settings you use. Have you checked what the difference of you themes are?
