2 shippings conditions for 2 users roles

Hi,
I am using your great Weight Based Shipping plugin.
I am using too the Wholesaler For Woocommerce plugin too:
https://woocommerce.com/products/wholesale-for-woocommerce/So i am looking to show in cart page some shipping conditions for normal customers and some others for wholesalers.
For that i bought the Conditional Shipping and Payments plugin:
https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/But i am not sure that i really need it and i tell myself that may be you have a better solution for me.
Please could help me by telling me what is the best way for me?
