    beware .
WE had 2 sites go down , both custom themed pages as soon as the plugin was activated.
error on one site was: ‘no input file’ other was “Call to undefined function ot_get_option()” both as soon as the plugin was activated.
latest wordpress version as of “11/26/2018”
only way to get it back was to restore DB (not files) – even deactivating and removing the plugin did not work.
keep in mind, the front page always worked, links within the sites stopped working. wp-admin page still worked + shortcode site still worked.

This seems to only affect custom themes.
I have worked with wordpress for almost 10 years, never seen a plugin break a site like this.

    Hello @damang111,

I’m so sorry that you had troubles with the plugin. We haven’t had a report from anyone about an issue like this arising with activation and would be happy to work with you to sort out what might be causing the issue. Please feel free to contact our support at [email protected] so we can figure out what the problem might be.

That seems like a very odd error, because we don’t have any reference to ot_get_option() in our code.

The only reference I can even find to that function by Googling is from another plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/optiontree-shortcode/ which is not maintained.

I suspect there is a problem with another plugin active on your site, especially if deactivating and removing Draw Attention didn’t fix the issue, then there is probably something else going on.

If you contact us at [email protected], we’d be happy to help you look into it.
