2 step verification

  • hi there.

    i signed up in 2010, with an email address who is not active
    i have google authentication app but the codes are not working, and i want to disable 2 step verify but it says i need to log in to do this… but i cant get there if there someone on the inside who can disable it or do i have to never log in again…

    i dont know what to do ??

    i have tried resetting my password and it sends to my current address so that seems to work, but also when i say sent verification code by text something comes through, but i get a one time pin on my phone when i want to change password
