2 suggestions to make it better?

Hello,
I am starting to use your plugin. I am a dummy, but it seems very interesting and actually, it’s working. Though, if I did not misunderstand, it would be better if:
1. we could hide the table of content inside a post, if it is already there as a widget. Have it twice adds complexity.
2. if I understood correctly, it’s possible to withdraw titles. But it’s not possible to add title. THis last one could be interesting to introduce the first paragraph, with an option like “introduction”. Otherwise, you somehow have to start your post with a meaningless introduction …. or to start it directly with a title, what is not UX friendly.
Waiting for your feedback, if there is a way to manage my points
