2 thumbnails showing up in post excerpts

  • Hello,
    Facing a really strange issue. On my home page 2 thumbnails are showing up per post excerpt. 1 thumbnail is unique to each post (drawn from the post itself) and the other one is common to all posts. How do I fix this?
