With AST working, my emails to customers (Order Shipped) contain 2 tracking sections. The “Tracking Information” section that AST adds, and the original WC “Tracking” section (above addresses section).

How can I remove the second one and only show the AST info?

    Hi @drjx,

Could you please share a screenshot of the Order Shipped email that contains the two tracking sections? I’ll check it and provide you with a solution to remove the extra section.

    Best regards,

The first one is from AST. The second one is from WC Shipping. This is the one we’d like to remove.

Thank you for clarifying the issue. To remove the WooCommerce Shipping tracking section from the email, please contact the support team for the WooCommerce Shipping plugin. They will be able to guide you on how to disable or remove their tracking widget from the email templates.

So what you are saying is AST simply adds a second tracking box instead of replace the one that WooCommerce puts there (from their shipping extension)?

This makes the customer order shipped emails look rather ridiculous. So I suppose everyone who uses WooCommerce (with Shipping extension) needs to figure this out in order to use AST. And I can’t find a single post on it. hmmm. Oh well, too bad, I liked AST. Perhaps you can add it to the feature request list. OK, thanks anyway.

    Hi @drjx,

Unfortunately, we cannot remove the tracking box that is added by the WooCommerce Shipping extension. If you’re using both WooCommerce Shipping and AST, they each add their own tracking section. I understand how this might clutter the customer emails, and I’ll certainly add it to the feature request list for future improvements.

    Best regards,
    Gaurav
