2 website and 2 accounts ! HELP !

I made an account before having a host i named it memesqc and name the blog memesquebecois.com/wp

My friend told me i needed a host beofre starting so i got myself a host (planethoster) then they ask me the make a new account and i did but with MemesQc and name the site the same thing. And my password for the first and second one were the same ! And now i could only log on my full website once ! As soon as i disconnected they didnt let me go on my new one again, only on my old one where i didnt had the host !

I have no idea what to do, i juste paid 130$ for a theme and a host and it seems like i lost it all…
