2 Websites into one database

Hay i am running 2 websites both website are same but in different names different database same contents. I want to run into one database.

1. Main website update regularly.
2. 2nd Website need to update via database import in this website user register disabled.

Its possible to run both website into same database when main website update 2nd update automatically? without updating 2nd database wp_options rest tables update automatically both are into same server.
