2 x Errors Leave and Delete

  • I have found two errors with the chat
    When a customer start a Chat, in the App and also the browser version, I can NOT ‘leave’ the chat.

    And in the App version I can NOT Delete the chat. I have to go to the Desktop version to do this

    Can you explain this please

    is this support being monitored??
    seems not.. maybe have to look for another live chat plugin
