One of the worst choices for support. I have TRIED to use this plugin for a couple of years and the same issues occur over and over and over . . you finally get it working and the idiots running this place implement “great features” without any idea of how it creates tons of issues. EVERYTIME there is an update we spend half a day to 18 hours (depending on when support is back online) with pissed off customers because we can’t reply and lose business because new customers can’t open requests for information. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME if you need something that is reliable.Other issues: They Keep changing subscription methods/pricing. Every feature has to be licensed and requires a seperate plugin and updated individually – they did because they changed how they used to bill for the features. Yes they will reply and help you, but we can’t be down for 12 hours until they come onine again. They will implement new changes that don’t work unless you hunt around for hours on how to make the new feature work with your setup. After updates features you enabled are set back to default and then again you have to go hunting in their terrible dashboard layout. I can keep going on and on . . .this place has no clue on how to dispatch new software upgrades and patches.
