20-10 20-11 vs Freelance

    Can I use genesis with the 20-10 or 20-11? I like the simplicity of the freelance theme of a row of tabs below the header and column down the left side: see https://psychiatristscottsdale.com but I am just a beginner and down know how to tweak the freelance for the header and adding code? I have also designed other sites using the essence: see moving-toarizona.com this might show my level a skill so you may suggest the best theme for me to use

    Genesis is a (paid) parent theme which works with Genesis child themes (Some are paid and some free ones are available). Genesis themes do not use any of the files in the default WordPress twentyten or twentyeleven themes.
