2.0 Different Directory Problems

I installed WordPress 2.0 at https://www.bostonwag.org/wordpress and I want the files to be viewable under the main https://www.bostonwag.org. I followed these instructions (for 1.5):

I also modified the blog address under “general options” to be https://www.bostonwag.org

But it didn’t work. Is there another way to get this to work on 2.0? It’s working fine on my 1.5.2 WP installation at sooz.com.

(Note: The site is currently viewable at https://www.bostonwag.org/index.php and https://www.bostonwag.org/wordpress — I reverted the general options back to /wordpress so that the pages would be viewable in the meantime.)
