-20 google penalty b/c WP doesnt nofollow blogroll links

I’ve received a -20 penalty from Google because I had blogroll links to about 15 of my social networking accounts, and for some inconceivable reason, WordPress never gave us an option to “nofollow” these links. I searched the net for a resolution to this, and it is a very long, complicated process to “nofollow” these links, unless there’s something I don’t know.

Can someone please let me know of an easy way to set things through the Links menu to “nofollow”?
