    I work for a company called Daylife that has a free API platform for news content. You can use our XML, JSON or PHP REST APIs to get stories, images, quotes and related topics for any content in the world

    Daylife is hosting a developer challenge to build an application using our API (https://developer.daylife.com/contest) . We would love folks in the WordPress developer community to use the API and build modules/blocks/pages of related content for your wordpress blog.

    The prizes are a) $2000 first prize b) two $500 runner up prizes. The challenge ends June 25th. Sign up on https://developer.daylife.com and enter the contest.
