2010 theme post comment page mis-aligned

I’m still having a problem with my page ONLY when you click the “continue reading” on a post and you get the whole post to read. I’ve checked and checked and checked and I cannot duplicate the problem on my template nor does it happen on any other site I’ve used this child theme on.

As you can see,the entire sidebar is moved to the end of the post, but still in it’s position. Short of throwing this whole site out and starting over, I’m not sure what to do. Any assistance with this matter is appreciated.
