okay , I found this issue

so in your maketpress.php open that and look for

'supports' => array(
     'title',
     'editor',
     'author',
     'excerpt',
     'revisions',
     'thumbnail',
    ),

and then you have to add

‘comments’

so the final code will be:

'supports' => array(
     'title',
     'editor',
     'author',
     'excerpt',
     'revisions',
     'thumbnail',
     'comments'
    ),
