• Hi, I’ve developed a website using 2014 and the theme is wonderful except for one thing – the left sidebar is not moving to the bottom as expected when viewed on mobile. This is causing the entire mobile layout to be mostly background, with tiny featured images and entry titles scooted over to the right. For an image-centric website this is a disaster! I didn’t think I had made any changes in the css that would affect the mobile display, but maybe someone else can see if they can tell what needs to be done to fix this issue? I used Jetpack to edit the css. The site is https://www.kimnovakartist.com Thanks so much for your help!!

  • It seems to work OK on my iPhone. The Facebook & RSS feed icons in the left sidebar appear at the bottom. And on a mobile device, the post text is supposed to disappear, leaving just a thumbnail of the featured image and the post title. Did you notice some other behavior before?

    If you want the thumbnail to span the width of the screen, you can try adding this CSS to your JetPack Custom CSS:

    @media screen and (max-width: 400px) {
       .list-view .site-content .post-thumbnail img {
          width: 100%;
       }
    }
